Lead plant start-up from building shell to $36M per year in sales.

  • Lead a $15,000,000 startup from building construction phase to 1,600,000 lb. per month in production.

  • Achieved 45% reduction of scrape rates and reduced rework by 17%, by design and implementation of extrusion training program and fine tuning extrusion parameters and procedures within a unionized plant.
  • Delivered a plan and 18 month timeline for a $3.5M extrusion-expansion project. When completed resulted in capable annual revenue growth in excess of $22.5M.
  • Implemented an extrusion plant upgrade resulting in a 20% decrease of unscheduled downtime.
